This podcast wasn't very new to me because my parents are harking on me about student loans anyway seeing as I'm going off to college in the fall. I think the main thing about student loans is just being reponsible enough to start working to pay them off while you're still getting your education - that way your first real paycheck won't be eaten completely away by the pesky loans you have to pay off.

This podcast really opened my eyes to how long after college I will still be in debt. I can't believe that some students will still be paying off loans into their 50's. Every student should know what exactly they are getting themselves into before deciding on what type of student loan to get. Podcasts like this are a good way of helping students realize financial problems they will be facing, especially after college.

This podcast was good for those who have trouble keeping track of their money, how much they spend, what they spend it on, etc. It didn't help me out really, because I already know about those money issues, as my parents have discussed it with me. Once you're off to college you need to make sure you're on top of things, especially money wise, because you are going to be independant.
